The application is useless – it’s extremely slow. Translating several thousand products in multiple language versions is practically impossible with it.

There is no visible button to initiate the translation, and even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the issue persists. I have paid for the service, yet it is not functioning as expected. Doesn't translate everything on other apps that you have to use within shopify. Doesn't work with for example Judge.me review app or Pagefly. It translates part of the text and then skips an entire section for no reason. No matter what I do it doesn't work. The other thing is that they don't have a chat support. An app this big and pricy really should invest some of that cash in a chat support....
