Overall we got all our data migrated but it did take a lot longer than expected. We had a huge amount of data to migrate with a lot of formatting that needed changing which they handed well and made sure we could test before they imported all which give us peace of mind. Great support from LitExtension. I accidentally overwrote product images after the migration, which left most products missing additional images. Ben identified the issue straight away and fixed it with a custom re import. Even though it was my fault, he handled it free of charge and made sure only the images were updated. Quick, helpful, and saved a lot of manual work. Would recommend.
