— Stickers N' Moore

absolutly wonderful. And the way you can use Ai in here is amazing. This is how Ai should be used as a tool.

Amazing app and outstanding support! This app has helped us increase our sales by allowing us to offer customization options on some of our products in a simple, intuitive, and user-friendly way. What really makes a difference is their incredible support team. Whenever we run into an issue, have questions about a feature, or need assistance after a theme update, they are always there to help and...

I've been using **Live Product Options** for almost a year now, and it's been an excellent app for creating custom product experiences. The new **AI chat** is a huge improvement it makes finding answers and setting up features much faster and easier than searching through documentation. The app is very user-friendly, packed with customization options, and the team continues to add features and (h...

I really wanted this app, so bad as a matter of fact I reinstalled my theme, twice, talked to customer service, begged customer service, Here is the error, installed 3 times on a fresh Dawn stream, after first live use. Customer Service is condescending, dismissive, and useless. Great app though. The Content Security Policy (CSP) prevents the evaluation of arbitrary strings as JavaScript to make...

I canceled subsription and unistaled app, but still charged.

This plugin is really terrible. The pricing is always wrong and fails to display the correct amounts. I reported this to the customer service, but they just said they couldn't reproduce the issue. This has forced me to issue constant refunds to my customers, who have accused me of being unprofessional. It’s absolutely awful, and I have no choice but to switch to another app.

We randomly came across a direct competitor running ads against us. We were shocked to see they had our exact proprietary store configuration, complex logic, and designs. We confronted the Cloudlift founder, and he admitted in writing that his team copied our full configuration and code logic to set up this competitor. We built our entire business stack on Cloudlift apps. We spent significant res...

An incomprehensible app. I worked on it for 10 days to figure out how to set up a customization, but understanding Aramaic is easier. I've been working on product configurators for various CMSs for 15 years, and I've never seen a more confusing and needlessly complicated configurator in my life. There are video tutorials where you can't understand anything about what you're supposed to do, there's...

— ElegantiCartelle

I'm very disappointed. The app has difficulty implementing extensive configurations. Customer support confirmed this in writing. Afterward, I'm transferred to a supervisor, who rudely and unprofessionally fobs me off, even though I've repeatedly described all the steps for the desired configuration in as much detail as possible. No support, no insight, and we only had a few configurations in the s...
