About Magic Zoom Plus

Image zoom to display products in stunning detail and the enlarged view displays helpful thumbnails for quick browsing. Magic Zoom Plus supports Shopify's native video functionality too, so you can upload your videos to products as you normally would an image, and the video will display as part of the main image gallery.

LAST EDIT: After receiving a new message from the support, I realized that the mistake was mine. I had ticked the retina image switches for the zoom and the gallery which had caused my images to display too small. All fixed now and the app is back on our Website. Could not get it working. It loads in very slow and wonky. Support is pretty much useless. They sent "it's fixed" multiple times without actually fixing anything

It didn't work on my product page and removed my accordions when app was active. Support was non communicative after asking for developer collaboration and after that waited a few days and never heard back even after trying to contact them a few times after that.

App works very poorly on mobile. We reached out to the app support for assistance. They said it was working correctly. It still doesn't work on mobile, it makes the product page seem broken. I followed up with support and didn't hear back. These matters are quite urgent as a broken website lis an uwful user experience. We lost sales while this was installed. Had to remove the app. Very unfortunate...

Update: A lot of overlaying on mobile and looks really bad for customers shopping when title is covered with image. Had to remove the app from my store so customers could shop mobile. Easy to install and try out and when I had an issue Igor fixed it within a few minutes. Just purchased license as the app is exactly what I needed. Thank you

I want to use this app to do a function of enlarged pictures, But after I gave it partner rights, it changed the code of our store template, and on the new magnifying glass, it is also the product picture to join their own App Product Name and Advertising Jump Link. And after I delete this application, the code has not disappeared, and their advertisements are still hanging on the website product...

I installed this app on Corano theme. It seemed to work well. But after a crawl from Ahrefs I lost 22 top ten pages and 30 positions. Over 500 of my photographs showed sizing errors. This may have been a conflict with another app that I had installed- VF image resizer. With any explanation, it was a huge mistake and set me back months in SEO.
