Magical Surcharge + Extra Fees

I have purchased a lot of apps on Shopify, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had!  First, the setup was super easy. I did need some assistance, and Stephen and the Magical Apps team were incredibly helpful. They were also fast and responsive.  Not only is this a great app, but they also provide excellent customer service!

I downloaded this app just to test whether it fits my needs. It failed to meet my expectations and I haven’t used it officially, yet my payment was charged. Please help me process the refund.

We use Magical Fees in Ireland for the Re-turn plastic bottles or can deposit fees. Depending on the size of the product fees can start at 0.15. Magical Fees does an excellent job of adding the fees to the order as a separate line so there is no confusion with the client and their product orders. I'm using the app to charge an extra packaging fee (for refrigerated products) and it does exactly what I expect it to do. When I got stuck, customer support replied to my email almost instantly and helped me finishing setting it up. Highly recommended!
