I connected this app a few days ago and I hadn't enabled the app in my app embedder so I thought it wasn't working. Chat support connected in minutes and my issue was sorted within 10 minutes and I was up and running adding my shopify produts into my emails. Happy days

Does not even begin to work. After integrating shopify and Mailerlite together, there's no options to do anything on the shopify app besides create groups, and when I try to setup an automation, it says that "An e-commerce store must be connected to your account. Configure", which just sends me into a loop that does nothing. Submitted a support ticket and received no reply. Sorry, you get no stars...

The tags are not working properly. Automations not sending due to tags not working. I contacted support and have been waiting 3 weeks for a resolution.

Absolutely horrible. I wasted 2 weeks and got zero sales from my emails. This has never happened before in 13-years using various email platforms. Support is a total joke and even though I only used 1/4 of my email credits they refused to give me any kind of a refund.

Trust the poor reviews! I decided to go ahead and give them a try, and when I decided to pay for my 10k+ subscriber list they had a 30% off for 3 months. I clicked the link to apply this discount and it didn't work. So I reached out to customer service. The first rep (Andrew) refused to honor it as it doesn't work with Shopify billing them.
