About MergeIt ‑ Combine Merge Orders

When a customer places two orders, you pay shipping twice. MergeIt finds those orders and combines them into one — automatically with smart rules, or manually right from your Shopify orders page or our app. Sales and tax data stays accurate, so reports and analytics never break. App works great and customer service is good. Unfortunately Mergeit does not integrate with Route Protection Insurance perfectly because route double charges me for the original orders plus the merged order. Gave 5 stars because this is not entirely Mergeit's fault and Mergeit works good. But I cannot be without Route. Hopefully I can come back if this gets worked out.
