I have had some major issues like the calendar randomly disappearing. However the help is quick and they helped resolve the issue quickly. I was able to fix it myself with their assistance in about 5 minutes.

They made an update to the app, now it doesn't work and their support is non existent. It says that they reply in 3 minutes or less, it's been over 12 hours and nothing.
