the Monk app is great - perfect for a small business with a small team. Customer support is incredibly helpful - dissected the shopping experience to pinpoint an issue with our theme and the app, we were able to solve it together quickly (within 30 minutes of writing into support). Recommend to any shopify owner who needs discount code flexibility. Faizan K. was especially helpful and was willing...

Given the price of the app, I thought customer support would be able to help us, but no. No one was willing to help me set up the progress bar. No enthusiasm, no motivation, I definitely do not recommend this app, especially considering the price and the features it offers. Don't waste your time.

Have tried SO many promo apps over 11 years on the Shopify platform but have settled on Monk for the huge variety of promo types and easy setup - they also don't take a percentage of your sales (unlike others). And a shout out to the support and dev teams for a quick turnaround of issues. Thanks guys! Cheers, Ben
