Update: The app support reached out and has now resolved the issue. I've been trying for over a month now to get a simple issue resolved with duplicate email notifications being sent to customers. I got a response in the beginning telling me the issue was resolved, when in fact it was done. Any correspondence after that was completely ignored by the support team.

Excellent features and wonderful customer service! OMG! Everything in the reviews is true. The customer support team for this app goes above and beyond to be sure everything is working the way you expect. The app saves us a ton of time in manual entry of orders. Would definitely reccomend!

Multiship is a unique app on Shopify - doing something I have not found elsewhere. People give our product as gifts a lot and it's important to make shipping to multiple addresses easy. This app has been on my store for months to assist in people ordering products for delivery to multiple addresses.

This app downloaded in about a minute. I actually went to my website and placed an order to 2 different addresses so I could experience what the customer will experience. It worked very fluid. Outstanding customer support. I have very little experience with code and installing apps. Very responsive addressing our concerns. Looking forward to extra sales during Christmas season.
