About Namirio
Couriers collect cash on delivery from your customers and provide it later with an Excel or CSV settlement report. Namirio matches every row of that report against your Shopify orders and shows what was paid correctly, short-paid, missing, or duplicated, with exact amounts at risk. Built-in templates read GLS, DPD, Hrvatska Pošta and Overseas Express reports; a visual mapper handles any other format. Export dispute lists and track them to recovery. No customer data is ever stored.
