Really amazing platform, delivers on everything you would expect to with a very simple UI. The integrations also help with both speed and learning curve for newer users.

— Primetime Paint & Paper

I've been using Netparcel for many years now, I also use a couple of their competitors from time to time and my own courier accounts. I use Netparcel the most though - the site is easy to use, I can import my orders quickly, and support is great. 5 star app and service.

— Suniela Beach

Netparcel is amazing to deal with. They have seamless integration with Shopify, which is awsome. Need development though on the Amazon Seller integration. I Love Netpacel!!

— Qwick Wick Fire Starter

It was disappointing to discover after registration that our Shopify plan needs an upgrade to use this app effectively. Specifically, the app requires 'carrier-calculated shipping,' which wasn't clearly stated upfront. To make matters worse, the 'Learn More' link led to a 404 page error. On a positive note, their support team was very responsive when we reached out, though we haven't been able to...

— fitzBODY.com

Exceptional Shipping Experience with Netparcel I recently used Netparcel for my shipping needs, and I am genuinely impressed with their services. From the beginning, their user-friendly website made it easy for me to navigate through the available shipping options and select the best one for my needs. The process was seamless, and I received a competitive rate, which was a pleasant surprise. Th...

— Groovy Computers

We've used NetParcel on our Shopify store from the start, around three years now, and we've been really happy. It offers real time rates during checkout for CanadaPost and a number of couriers, and it's easy to configure and use. Set it and forget it.

— Conversation Tree Press

We’ve been using NetParcel for over 4+ years, and it’s been a consistently reliable solution. What really sets it apart is the team behind the platform, responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The Shopify integration makes it seamless and makes shipping simple and efficient.

— Mapping Network

Great app that plugs in with Shopify quite nicely. My only small gripe is the inconsistency in how their invoicing appears to come in different formats.

— Daisy Chain Book Co.

When it works, it works great. Unfortunately I have been charged more overage, wrong address and unknown reason fees on this platform than any other platform. I dispute one out of every 3 shipments, and have reduced the amount I rely on Netparcel exponentially. It's a shame, as it is an easy system to use and accesses services i would ordinarily not have access to. But it's impossible to pre-che...

— Ontario Archery Supply

The support for lost packages from NetParcel is NON EXISTENT! DO NOT USE THIS APP! Super disappointed with the lack of support from netparcel when opening a claim or a ticket. They do literally nothing to help, and you can't go direct to the courier because the sender is netparcel.

— Windy Point Soap Making Supplies

Simple to use with the Shopify integration, better rates on shipping than the competition and a huge increase in orders being shipped out. And excellent customer service too!

— Hopback Homebrew Supplies

Merchants highly recommend this app for its affordable shipping solutions and wide range of carrier options, making shipping more efficient and cost-effective. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, allowing for easy order imports, real-time shipping quotes, and automatic fulfillment. Key features include direct shipping label generation, commercial invoice creation, and a user-friendly interface,...

Facile d'utilisation, pas de surprise et bien connecté. On a eu un peu de souci pendant la grève de Poste Canada, mais c'était attendu. Merci pour la plateforme!

Very easy to implement, great rates and it connects with PayPal for payment. Perfect when you invoice customers for shipping via PayPal. One stop shop.
