Customer service is TOP. The app is easy to use but we had problems with the translations. We needed to change almost all the texts because the translations to Finnish were quite bad. And when we tried to save the the text we had written, we couldn't do that. Contacted the support and they were extremely helpful and fixed all the issues that we were having. The app isn't free. Beware. The starting rate is $20 a month and they charged us even though we never used the app and only had it installed for less than 15 minutes. Update: The app developer refused to refund us unless we deleted our truthful review. I have now reached out to Shopify support in order to try to obtain a refund. Update: I am still working with Shopify to get the charge removed....

Great app. I had a bunch of products out of stock and this app paid for itself as soon as they were back in stock. The customer service is also superb. I tried their pre-order option that they introduced recently. It had several serious bugs but after I reported these they went to work and solved them very quickly. I'm a happy camper.
