The default TikTok Connector app doesn't work for us because we had already created our TikTok listings and there is no way to sync existing products in TikTok to Shopify. This app solves for that as well as a lot of other nice features. Friendly support and they are pretty quick to help.

Malik Haider was very professional and helpful. He was also very patient with me. Thank Again for all of your help.

Optima has been an absolute game changer for my TikTok Shop. The app syncs seamlessly with TikTok, making order management so much easier, and the customised shipping labels have saved me so much time while giving everything a much more professional look. What really makes Optima stand out, though, is the customer support. The team is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested...
