About ordzo
Ordzo helps Shopify merchants running Cash on Delivery reduce return-to-origin losses. When a customer places a COD order, Ordzo sends a WhatsApp message asking them to confirm or cancel before it ships, so merchants can filter out orders customers never intended to receive. Merchants connect their own WhatsApp Business Cloud API account, so messages send from their own number. Ordzo also scores each order's return risk and offers a prepaid option before a COD order ships.
