About Termsy: Terms Checkbox
Termsy adds a consent checkbox to your cart. Shoppers must tick it to check out. Write your own statement and link your terms of service, refund policy, shipping or privacy policy, so one policy checkbox covers all your checkout terms. A Shopify checkout rule checks acceptance, not just theme code, so express buttons and direct checkout links can't skip it. Every order stores the accepted text, version and time as proof if a customer disputes a charge. Default text in 14 languages.
