About Playbook

Playbook lets you create your own internal documentation and interactive checklists directly inside the Shopify Admin and Shopify Point of Sale app. Your team can create documents such as store training, onboarding, and standard operating procedures. Because Playbook lives inside Shopify, it feels familiar and easy to use from day one. Organize pages, assign and schedule tasks, send staff notifications, and keep everything easy to find.
