This app is an awesome way to streamline communication across departments. I was also able to learn from our web dev as he recorded a 'tutorial' style video. Instead of leaving Shopify to watch a loom video, or similar, it's all in one place. Highly recommend!

We have been using Playbook for a bit over a month now. The team uses it to plan Klaviyo Campaigns, Discounts with QA checklist, and share Brand Guidelines.
