About Pleero: Refund to Store Credit
When a customer requests a refund, Pleero instantly sends them a branded email offering bonus store credit instead of cash back. You set the bonus percentage (5–20) and a cap. Customers choose: accept the credit and get more value instantly, or decline and receive their normal refund. No manual work required on either side. Every accepted credit keeps that revenue in your store and turns a lost sale into a repeat customer.
