difficult to custom the Announcement Bar and it take a lot of time to appear in store, I don't like it

App worked fine when first installed but later noticed the Announcement bar had disappeared from my site. Went to app controller and my announcement was somehow placed on "Pause" Turned it back on and it worked for a minute and then paused itself again. Every time I turn it on it turns itself off.
