Buen producto y muy buen soporte, nos han resuelto la duda rápido y satisfactoriamente. Muy contentos con la app hasta la fecha. Seguid así ;-)

June 2024: Fantastic customer service, had a problem with the initial setup of the account and I had a customer service agent in touch within 10 minutes. Problem fixed and site working like a dream! What a great team you have. New Edit: July 2024 The people behind Amai are incredible. Once again above and beyond with such a fast response time, I would not be using any other discount app again....

Had a few questions during install and received prompt support.

I used Amai Upsell+ to create the...

Very helpful support.
— Peak Envelopes
Amai has such excellent customer service; they went above and beyond to fix a problem that I caused with their app - I was shocked at how fast their response time was, and how extensive their reply and solutions were. The app itself is worth getting if you want to add quantity breaks to Shopify, but the customer service you get with the app is without a doubt so much added value.

Great app and great costumer service!

Great function and customer care

Rockstar Customer Service! They were very helpful setting up and when I no longer needed it they were there for me every step of the way to get it cleared out of the back end!

By FAR the best App i have used for my store in terms of offering quantity discounts. I have used this app for a while, they constantly update and keep it up to date with customer wants/needs. It is very user friendly and very easy to add to your store and offer your customers quantity discounts which has ultimately driven sales for us through our store. The customer service has been 5*, when i h...

Duidelijk en makkelijk in gebruik & daarnaast een super klantenservice die mij altijd netjes helpt. Al met al, erg tevreden!
— Veilige Vriendin
The best app I have come across for quantity discounts, and good customer service. They were willing to help me with one slight problem I was having.
— Creasestop
No puede ser que la aplicación de golpe haya subido de 8$ a 20$ mensuales!!! es una salvajada inaceptable.
— JAZZ PELU
I have been using this app for 4 years now. In the past, when AMAI was smaller I was able to get support immediately and speak directly with a developer that was able to solve issues immediately. However, now I am in the process of transitioning my shop to a new theme and am having a bit of trouble with this app in doing so. This time around there is a "Customer Support" team that is absolute r...

This software will charge a lot of money. As long as you install it, they will charge you $19.
— TitaMall
DO NOT USE! DO NOT RECCOMMEND. This app is creating and sending draft orders by itself that offer HUGE discounts on unauthorized products and customers for no reason. Then the customer that it is sent to can complete the order with a huge discount (40%+) which is really awful for the store owner to have to honour the price they were given. This is completely unacceptable as a Shopify app. It is...
— HERR WILD RAGS
NO NOT USE THIS APP! The Support is completely useless and it takes forever to get help or even the correct answer. They simply do not care if you use the app or not. It is not possible to change all the text in the app. So the app will forever be english or 5 more languages. Completely useless. Don't waste your time
— Luftdoktorn.se
Bait and switch. They lure you in with a certain pricing structure, wait for you to get all set up, then change it up without notifying you, and the app will silently stop working.
— ideagen3D
The support response is too slow and completely ineffective, it's all up to you to research the settings app
— SUNLU Official Online Store｜Best 3D Filament Best Selling Supplier & Manufacturer
Worst app, mess your theme and after you unistall the code stay in the theme and so it's all a mess, other apps don't work like this.
