Printify has been a reliable backbone for my business. The product catalog is expansive, the mockup quality is solid, and the Shopify integration is seamless — products publish cleanly and orders route without friction. Customer support has been responsive when I've needed them. Highly recommend.

Shopify integration works well, easy enough to understand. They now offer AI descriptions but don't count on them for any more than technical descriptions.

Complete nightmare!!!!! Every month same issue with my products not publishing and before anyone or the company responds with this suggestion this was the response from Shopify with my query: You're at 34,524 total variants — well under the 50k limit, so that's not your issue. horrible experience with this company and an order a customer never received. because the customer didn't reach out to us the store owner within 30 days Printify won't reprint nor refund the order WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB! Aweful print quality. Absolutely patheitc. Designs are NEVER centered and straight. Just really really bad!! No customer service at all. Its pretty much a scam.

I tried to place order for my products to inspect them ahead of launching my store. I've had all sorts of payment problems and orders going on "hold for routine review" - bottom line it has delayed my shipments and support has been terrible.
