The support i had from Globo was absolutely first class. Would have liked full support 24 hours but understood time differences didnt allow for this. They were ultra supportive in helping adapt Globo to my current site, so they more than deserve 5 stars. Feel very comfortable paying the extra for Premium as this was truly a premium product and service. Well done Globo!!!

Absolutely brilliant customer service via the Live Chat with Mike. I had issues with the app rendering in the horizon theme on shopify, however this was fixed within 10 minutes of my first message. He also helped to adjust the colour and text to match my theme which I really appreciated as a newbie to website design! Thank you so much
