About Globo Product Options, Variant

Shopify caps you at 2,048 variants per product. Globo removes the cap. Build option sets from 30+ field types - text, file upload, colour and image swatches, dropdowns, dates and dimensions - and apply them to one product or the whole catalogue. Charge extra for options that cost more: add-on pricing runs on Shopify Functions, so discount codes and taxes stay accurate. Conditional logic hides options until they are relevant, and every choice flows into orders, packing slips and POS.

We were using a different app for configuring product options and switched to Globo Product Options app. This Globo options app is very easy to use and when I ran into issues, I reached to Helen from the support team and they were very helpful in resolving the issues and explaining what they did so that we understand and learn more about the app.

If you pay for the plan until the 28th for example and cancel it on the 5th (23 days earlier) they cancel the premium features straight away and do not honour what you paid for. They say this is how shopify works but I have cancelled many apps before and non of them have done this to me.

This app will not work for anything complicated. The customer support is terrible if your time zone is in the US and their English skills are substandard at best. Navigation within the app is nonexistent.
