I received great email support from NetParcel to help me set up the app properly. They responded quickly and provided help on how to fix my issues. I can now offer prices that are linked to my Purolator account and reflects the weight of the order and the delivery address.

Again the team at Netparcel are excellent. the support is by far the best of any of the app providers on Shopify. Also this app is very helpful and works great!

This app seem to bounce you back into a NetPacel Dashboard! Tech assistance is non-existent, phones go to voicemail (tried over a 5 hrs,period). Sending emails to resolve enrollment issues gets you canned replies and no solution or follow up. After a long process to get an Activation Key, entering in acct info, watching a setup video ...no real time rates at checkout! Very disappointed.

After screwing around with the app, even though shopify was showing that the real time rates were set up, it would not work. Waste of time.
