We went through two other apps before landing here. The first was slow to react and stock would stay visible for hours after hitting zero. The plug in updates close to instantly as far as I can tell. The scheduled changes feature is what actually sold me. We do product drops Friday at 10am and now I just set it and go to sleep.

We run about 4,000 SKUs across three sales channels. Push Down Stock handles visibility rules per channel, which was the exact gap in our setup. The low stock thresholds have flagged two reorders we would otherwise have missed. Reporting could go deeper. I'd like to pull export history back further than it currently allows, but for daily operations it holds up.

I make eyewear s so every piece is one of a kind, and my shop was full of sold out listings just sitting there looking sad. Hide out stock clears them out and the collections rebuild themselves, so the store always looks stocked even when I'm behind. It made the whole shop feel more professional almost overnight. Support replied to me on a Sunday, which I wasn't expecting.
— Ridgeline Basecamp Design
Skeptical at first because we only care about maybe 40 SKUs out of 900. Tagged those, told this app watch only that tag, and it left everything else alone. Fine by me.

Two months in. No issues. Does what it says.

I am not good with these things at all. My nephew usually handles anything technical on the store. Hide Out of Stock, I managed on my own in an afternoon and nothing broke. Products disappear when they run out and come back when more arrives. That is all I wanted.

Set this up mostly to stop the overselling problem we had at our second location. The location based rules are the part I actually care about. We hold stock in two warehouses and only one of them feeds the online channel, and Hide out of Stock correctly ignores the other. Tagging rules are flexible enough that I've stopped maintaining my own scripts for it.
— Rootbound Shop
Hide out stock does the one thing I needed and doesn't bug me about anything else. Worth it.
— Velocraft Online
We run two warehouses so being able to build rules per location was a big deal for us. Low stock items get pushed down before they fully sell out which keeps the storefront tidy. A couple asks, the pricing tiers jump up pretty fast and I would like more control over how alerts get grouped.
— threadnoble.com
The low stock alerts give me enough warning to reorder before things run dry. And it tags products on its own based on rules I set, which cut out a repetitive job I hated doing.

Okay so I run a small baking supply was honestly my biggest headache before I found this. Products that sold out used to just sit there taking up space and confusing custmers. Now they get tucked away automatically and the second we restock something it pops right back onto the store. I also get a little alert so im never caught off guard. Would love if the mobile veiw was a bit cleaner but thats...

My daughter set this up for our little candle shop and now I actually understand whats happening with our stock. When something sells out it sends folks to a similar item instead of a dead page. I have it refreshing on a schedule every night. Only wish is that it worked with our loyalty app too.
— Prepstack Store
We installed this app recently and have had nothing but issues. App won't load, filters don't work properly, doesn't update the stock listings either by schedule or manual action. Tried to reach out to the developers who were helpful and communicative but they didn't fix the issues. Uninstalled and looking for a more robust alternative.

This has been really helpful for keeping my storefront clean when products go out of stock. Automatically moving unavailable items down means customers can see the products that are actually ready to purchase first, which makes browsing much easier. It saves me from constantly adjusting product listings manually and keeps the store looking organized. A simple but very useful addition for any Shopi...

havent oversold a single item since I put this in. genuinley relieved.
— Foldecx
As someone who fiddles with our store backend constantly, the rule builder is what won me over. I set conditions off inventory levels and tags and it just handles the rest. The auto tagging saves me a ton of manual work and the pushed down products keep our best sellers up top. Collections refresh in real time which is nice. Two things though, the docs are thin and the rules UI gets cluttered once...

honestly didnt expect much but the hide feature works great. out of stock items just disappear from view. setup took me like five minutes tops.
— Tenderfield Land
Been running this for months. The restock alerts are the thing I lean on most, they ping me the second something comes back. It also republishes those products on its own and my collections never look empty anymore. Wish the alert emails let me tweak the wording a bit more.
— Cocktails Library
Sold out stuff drops to the bottom now instead of clogging up my shop, does exactly what i needed
— EyewearMix.com
ive been running my shop for about two years and the amount of time I wasted manualy hiding products is embarasing to think about now. This thing handles it all, you set your rules once and just forget about it. What really surprised me was the tagging automations, I had no idea it could tag by missing images or inventory location, thats been super useful for cleaning up the catalog. The customiza...
