This is the most accomplished courier company we have used of 12 years of retailing on a turnover of over 250,000 parcels , quiver absolutely understand the need of delivery in a busy world, and have exceeded our expectations many times over, response rates are through the roof and delivery of very fragile items are treated with an extremely high level of care and respect, we use a multitude of c...

A business that's going from strength to strength! They've got super tech, a responsive team and have boosted capacity, which has enabled them to fulfil even faster delivery

— Ordrs

I can't sing Quiver's praises enough! Our London delivery services have undergone a remarkable transformation, thanks to Quiver. Storing our inventory at Quiver has made our operations seamless, and the integration with Shopify is super quick and easy. To top it off, their highly responsive team is a true asset

— Office Outlet

The best technology, the best buyer experience, and the best merchant experience. Wholeheartedly recommended.

— Charging Angels

I cannot recommend Quiver highly enough! This gem has entirely revamped our delivery offerings in London. Immediate, timed, and same-day delivery services are now not only feasible but also effortless, giving us a unique selling point over our competitors. We've chosen to store our inventory in Quiver's Micro Fulfilment Center, which enables all these delivery options without the need for physica...

— Desmond & Dempsey

Quiver has completely changed the game for our business! It is incredibly hassle free and easy to use/set-up, great value, and incredibly reliable. Would definitely recommend.

— Loan The Look

Love this app, really easy to use and great customer service. Great value for deliveries and so much more reliable than the larger delivery companies.

— Noble Macmillan

Quiver has changed the way we deliver our Terrariums, once we were only able to offer customers expensive delivery and now Quiver has increased our sales as customers can now select a delivery window for only £4.99! The team are super helpful and the dashboard is extremely easy to use!

— London Terrariums

Quiver is a great addition to our store! It's a speedy and reliable service that enables customers to receive their order within the hour. Great communication and stock management too!

— GROUNDED®

The concept of Quiver will transform your business model. Not only do they push our brands 100% sustainable ethos with their zero emissions delivery but they offer a unique service that other fulfilment centres aren't agile enough to offer. The one hour delivery slot and same day delivery on the weekend plugs a gap in our delivery service meaning our London based customers can receive a spicy marg...

Quiver’s service has declined significantly over the past six months. We can no longer recommend it to other businesses. Reaching their customer support is an ordeal, often requiring hours of attempts with no response. Delivery performance during BCFM and December has been especially disappointing, with only a handful arriving on time while the vast majority were severely delayed if arriving at al...

— Rites

Our initial experience seemed promising, but things quickly went downhill during our trial. We had to repeatedly call them just to arrange collection, and the communication was not just poor—it was shockingly bad. They failed to deliver on a same-day service, without offering any apology to us or our customer, who was left waiting for their parcel. To make matters worse, they charged us for cance...

— Jewellery With Love

As a customer for some time of Quiver they only promise and never deliver. The service is non-existent and this all comes from the Directors! They do not care about their customers or what effect it has on our business. Whatever you do I would never recommend this company or its services. One of the directors will talk you around but boy it's all rubbish that comes out of his mouth. DO NOT TRUST!
