About RedFlag
RedFlag helps prevent you from fulfilling fraudulent orders. It automatically cancels 'high-risk' orders, can send a cancellation confirmation to the customer, restocks the inventory, and refunds/voids the customer's payment (if any). RedFlag saves you time because you don’t need to manually comb through orders in your Shopify admin dashboard to take actions on orders. Premium members can create specific rules to tag orders for cancellation, alert the store owner or use for marketing purposes .
