About Refund Guard
Refund Guard shows merchants non-refundable payment fees before cash refunds, including BNPL providers like Klarna and Afterpay where merchant fees are often not returned. An order-page block warns staff with estimates for Shopify Payments, cards, and PayPal too. Track fee loss in the dashboard, set thresholds and custom rates, and use the refund simulator. Pro adds analytics, CSV export, and email alerts.
