Customer service has always been amazing. I've been using this app now for several years and never any glitches. I asked if the shipping bar at the top of the page could only be visible when a product is added to cart and they custom coded and applied the changes for me within days. Very happy :)

The response below is misleading. I approached support repeatedly about faulty discounts. They "fixed it" several times. I uninstalled. They are not "working on repair". Review: Not working anymore with new Dawn theme. Support is good but the app wont apply discounts properly in spite of several attempts to rectify with developer.

Has some great features, it was 9.999 but when i tried to add it to my new site it was charging 19.99 - thats a big jump when you only want to use 2 features!

I have been using this app for 3+ years, I have accumulated a lot of emoji reaction left by my customer on all my product. At least more than 4000+ reaction with the most one being 1000+ on a single product. Out of nowhere, all of my product being reset to 0 without them notify me. Contacted the developer for explanation, I get no reply. Pretty sure they are too incompetent to recover it already...
