About Salesforce Integration

Salesforce Integration connects your Shopify store to your Salesforce org so customer, product, and order records stay aligned without manual data entry. Products and customers sync in both directions, and orders are written to Salesforce as Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Orders with their line items. You control which directions are active and whether each runs in real time, on a schedule, or on demand. Every sync is logged so you can see what synced and why anything failed.
