I have connected 2 stores, and have requested support (took some days to get an answer, and found out that they answer to the gmail account that is linked to gsheets). Important to mention that It only brings data from all order AFTER the date you connect the app. I use it for demand and inventory tracking, and bulk updates. Great product considering the price.

Using this app is so much easier that trying to deal with a 15,000 line CSV file. It creates a google sheet you can edit and bang, you're off and running.

We reached out multiple times, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and only received one reply in January. We didn’t hear back again until mid-March. The customer services is poor, i tried contact in many ways, chat, email, type all the information and after 7 days we havent answers. We are pay 9 euros per month to nothing.
