Quick support and pretty much all time availability of the technical account manager (Raphael) have consistently assisted us in solving logistical issues. Not to mention I've reviewed multiple 3rd party solutions such as ShipAny, but only ShipAny showed such competent prices, some times in an order of magnitude! Works great! I'm impressed by their willingness to take feedback from users.
