The app has a LOT of user experience issues, but the latest is just absurd. they completely removed password logins, and require a code be sent to your email in order to log in. Well, if your email server is down? There is no alternate. You can't log in. There's no option to just use your password. 99.9999% of the internet has passwords AND two-factor authentication. Was going great for the 1st month then as of October 2024 Shipping Easy was and still is auto adding +1 into our online store's inventory. As of now they have no resolution and this puts a lot stress on the web team to consistently monitor when an order comes in to manually adjust the inventory in Shopify due to this 3rd party shipping app.
