ShipPrime: 4 jewellery shipments (each under 100g) charged as 35 KG — ₹526 each. Same-day comparison shipment, correctly weighed (0.5kg), cost only ₹68. Total ₹2,104 overcharged. Account Manager doesn't even pick up calls when asked about it. Website says "zero weight disputes" — reality says otherwise.
