I was having high hope about this app but somehow I can hear the person that I call but they cannot hear me. Same when they call me I cannot hear them. I installed this app but never subscribed to any monthly plan. I uninstalled it, yet I was still charged $20 for a monthly subscription. I also cannot find a clear way to cancel or remove the charge. This feels misleading and very frustrating. Please refund the charge and make the cancellation process clear.
