A customer orders flowers for same-day delivery. The order appears in your ShopFast dashboard inside Shopify. You prepare the bouquet, tap Call Courier, and select which store location it ships from. The app assigns the fastest available courier. Your customer receives a tracking link via SMS and follows the delivery in real time. ShopFast also lets you schedule a daily dispatch time, set a prep delay in hours, or auto-dispatch when an order is marked fulfilled. Multi-location support included.
