Setup was simple, and I had a small issue a month after installing. I submitted a support ticket and responded a response and solution within 30 minutes of my submission on a Saturday. Although the process of this plugin seems somewhat clunky, after contacting Shopify I learnt that due to it's architecture and issues around security, there is unfortunately no other solution to having gift cards sent to recipients.
