Great service! Shirly went above and beyond to help my new business succeed.
— Up Crafts Creek
I will use mostly the Quantity Sync for now. I needed some help for the setup and Shirly was very fast and efficient. Everything is working as expected! THANK YOU. This app will save me tons of time. - Shirly is always fast to reply and helpful! THANK YOU
— OFFRANDES
Their customer service is the best! We requested a faster way to update products with new variation colors and boy did they deliver. The sync variants and images features they added has saved us countless hours of manual data entry. Thank you Shirly and team!
— AOClay - Customized Ceramics - Made in the USA
I’ve been using ShopUpz to integrate my Etsy orders with Shopify, and it’s been a great experience so far! The app was very easy to set up and has worked smoothly and reliably for my business, making it much easier to manage my Etsy orders through Shopify. What I especially appreciate is the support. Shirly is incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I have a question or run into something I’m...
— The Wonder Witch Emporium
Works flawlessly and they even implemented a brand new feature on request. Amazing app!
— Tomwellywells store
Such a seamless process and they have the best team!
— The Ceremony Club
App now works perfectly with Etsy, the bi-directional link pulls orders into Shopify, and pushes fulfillment and tracking info back to Etsy without error. You do need your Etsy and Shopify SKUs to match for the orders to be pulled in correctly.
— DMV GAMES LLC
I am new to this app but so far I have found it easy to navigate and use. It saved me hours and hours of work entering my inventory from Shopify into Etsy, and now having my Etsy orders visible in Shopify. I also had amazing customer support from Shirly and the service and speed in which the issue was resolved was very impressive. Shirly was dedicated to finding and fixing the problem. I highl...

Fantastic App. Highly recommend
— BaronOfDice
Works great for what we need it for. Technical support is top notch. Thank you!
— Green Canvas Farms
Great app that keeps my inventory synced between my Shopify store and Etsy shop. Even better customer service - when my connection between the two shops expired, which I think was my doing - I was changing all of my passwords and logins in my accounts - I got an email from the app owner right away letting me know to reconnect them with the exact steps.
— Wild Peonies Studio
Great and quick help from Shirly, both via vhat, email and settings in my shop! Very helpful!
— Chosen Form
Didnt work with my etsy store. Could not get it to work atall and help was no help whatsoever.
— The Tshirt Emporium
This app automatically exports in Imperial Measurements with no option to change it. Even if your Shopify Store is in Metric and your Etsy is in Metric it will still list in imperial and not take over any of the package information. Tried contacting support and they just spoke in circles with no real attempt at fixing or even understanding the issue. Having to go through and manually modify hu...

It’s very complicated my I’m not able to list my items i like my refund and cancel my subscription please
— Gallery Of Home Decor by Jennyy
Doesn't update SKU's.
— LwLeatherworking
Just finished a few last minute gift set listings on Etsy and went to import them to Shopify. It's been a busy Black Friday and I was too tired to manually add them. Well, imagine my horror when the import finished and had completely DELETED all of the existing listings in my Shopify storefront. On Black Friday. After I had already spent thousands of dollars (and invested many, many hours) in ads...

I feel misled as a consumer. The developer promotes a “free trial” version that supposedly allows you to export products from Shopify to Etsy. In reality, the export does not work at all. The process fails with a technical error (“Expected int value for ‘readiness_state_id’”), because essential API fields are blocked in the free plan. This means the trial cannot be used to test the app’s actual f...

So far, I am not too thrilled with this applications. i read through the other reviews and I cannot tell if they are real or not. I have used several integration apps. and this is by for the least smooth interaction I have ever had. I have even used free integration without as many issues. I also do not like that I have to have "fixed' shipping on my etsy in order for me to import items from shopi...
