One of the things we really like is the customer service, they are very responsive, quick to reply, and helpful whenever we have questions or face any issues. The app is also quite flexible and it provides multiple payout options. Although the app offers a solid basis for an affiliate program, the fees and the overview of the app are totally confusing. Increased fees, monthly basic fees for features that are much more sophisticated in other apps. I also recommend integrating discount codes and more.

My affiliates have a hard time signing up. the confirmation email to link their bank account always goes into spam. Then when they find the email, the link has expired. The app developers can fix the deliverability issue. Not much success with this app but the other 3 I tried had the same bugs.

Everything has worked really well so far. Not great if you primarily work on mobile as the mobile dashboard doesn't seem to function very well. And the cost seems a bit excessive for the couple issues but overall still happy with the app
