Exceptional customer care and feedback from a great team.

— INTAKT RECORDS

Great application and wonderful partners to have for our business!

I’ve been really impressed with the Single app on Shopify. It does exactly what I need, but what makes it stand out is the quality of the support. The team behind Single are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about solving problems. It’s refreshing to have that kind of human touch. In contrast, I’ve felt let down by Shopify itself—the AI support system is clunky and often gives vague,...

Being able to seamlessly report our physical sales to Soundscan and have incredible customer service means everything!! We love working with Single Music!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY IN MY PAST 20 YEARS AS AN INDEPENDENT ARTIST!!! Superior customer service & Grade A technology!!! - The Neighborhood Diamond

This app is an absolute game-changer for fan engagement through Shopify. As a music manager with over 10 years in the industry, I've seen a lot of tools come and go, but nothing compares to this for integrating fans into the full experience. From live streams and selling merch to creative ways to interact with fans, it covers everything I could hope for. The features are seamless, well-thought-out...

I have worked on three projects with Singles so far, and I am extremely satisfied with their customer service. Despite the numerous inquiries and requests I’ve made, their responses have always been quick and accurate. I really appreciate how reliable and attentive they are!

— KPOP HOUSE STORE

Super easy to integrate & use. Took less brainpower from me than honestly any other app on shopify as long as you know your UPC!

— Relentless Merch Store

The back-and-forth customer service was sooooo on point and so unexpectedly swift. I needed a LOT of support to get a new digital album set up and I don't think I ever had to wait more than 20 min. between emails for the next step in the process. Single Music? Yes, please.

— Jeff and Paige

The Single App was everything we needed to launch our live stream experience. Elijah and Tommy were incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the whole process, answering all questions and needs as they arose. The integration with Shopify made the setup/backend simple with no red tape or underlying costs, while allowing us to utilize our current e-commerce platform to sell tickets for our art...

I posted a review like this once before, but I deleted it to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, after a year of use, this app is a JOKE! It looks like it 's being tested in production. - First of all, the price. I have the SILVER plan. In theory, it's $49/month, but in practice, with 150 to 200 memberships, the bills fluctuate around $250-350 per month. - Live streaming is an absolute j...

Great idea but there are so many bugs which makes this app really hard to use. For example, when you make a post about a video chosen from your library, the correct video plays on the "video tab" but on the "post tab" it plays a totally different video. There are many more small bugs which makes it hard to use.

Not a fan.

This application is just a joke, at first everything looks great and easy to use, in addition, it should work super with shopify. Unfortunately, in a short time you realize that the fees are very high and the configurability is very low. - If you want to pay monthly SILVER plan then it costs you $50 + Fees per month, you get the ability to add 50h of videos and 500 hours of viewing (+1h for each...

not free, very complex, stupid platform ran by stupid people

— The Flying Pancake Official Site

No customer service, no response! The products did not even reach the fans who bought through this application, I don't recommend it! If you don't want to look bad in front of your fans, it's better not to install this app!

— Beautiful Humans

This app is very tricky. Its not really $25 a month for bronze. If you drop one 10 track album its going to be more like 33.30 a month. And if you drop lots of music like me that gets problematic fast. And when I contacted shopify for help the reps I got didnt care at all. Insisted I didn't read or it was my fault somehow. Nah I read it carefully. Thats why I only release ONE 10-track album throug...
