WE love this service. BUT there is NEVER any customer service or help. It is appalling that we take the time to run this app only to have it fail and have to attempt to start over! great system if you want in $ but being based in the UK is does not work, the support is terrible as they never email you back, sorry for the bad review but i wasted so much time on this app

I've contacted support twice with no response. I want to love this app, the label design is perfect for our needs, but they print out with no barcode - just an error message about the barcode data being invalid. I had to delete the app after the trial because of the lack of support and inability to fix the problem with the barcodes.
