I’ve been using Smartli for a while and so far I’m really happy with it. It makes creating product descriptions and other content much easier and saves me a lot of time. The results are pretty good, and I like that I don’t have to spend too much time writing everything from scratch. Overall, it’s been a useful tool for my store.

Cut my workload down from days to minutes,I just added 50 new items to my store and was dreading the writing process. With Smartli, I was able to generate unique, high-quality descriptions for the entire batch in one go. What used to take me a full weekend is now done in about 10 minutes. This app is a massive lifesaver for busy store owners.

Smartli has been a huge time-saver for my store. Writing product descriptions used to take me hours, but now I can generate professional, SEO-friendly text in seconds. The AI writes surprisingly good content, and I just make a few edits to match my brand voice. If you run multiple products, this app is a must-have.

— Stardust Legacy

Smartli has been a lifesaver for my store. It helped me turn basic product specs into engaging descriptions that actually make sense, and I noticed my customers spending more time on product pages because everything sounds much more professional. I’m also using it for blog ideas and the SEO boost has been real. It’s freed me up to focus on other parts of the business.

— Nest&Collar

I have been really struggling with my content creation pipeline before coming across Smartli. Wasn't really happy with ChatGPT's outputs and Claude was very bland when it came to writing creative briefs and drafts. I started using Smartli for writing content outlines for my blogs and I also used it for writing my son's school essays. The drafts look amazing - perfect human content. You can even e...

This is definitely a fraud, as i cancelled my subscription two month ago, however it's still charge me 109usd per month, unable to login, unable to cancel it. Don't know where i can reach out to, Please don't fall with this trap, totally a fruad, and very disappointing with this app creator.

— YAO Fashion store

This is one of the most elaborate scams I’ve seen in an app. I canceled my trial less than an hour after installing the app, yet I was still charged twice by different AI tools under the same platform, including their highest plan. To this day, I have not received any refund. There is no real support team, no clear way to contact them, and you cannot even remove your credit card information. E...

this App charge me 109 dollars, no package cost this amount so this was abuse by the Smartlii app, and even after they charge me every time i try to log in is going straight put my bank details again, do not fall for this app not working and double charging from your account. this is fraude

when you cancel the product the same day you install it, they try to force through a payment of 152.00 USD do not even install them , they are scammers. I have not received ANY EMAILS from your company and you just tried to bill me again. What is your contact email? I have contacted both of these emails an NOTHING has been done , no response. Quit billing me or my next step will be to start...

Check trust pilot as well, similar complaints from other users. Worst experience, they continue charging my card even after cancelling. And not refunding it. Even I sent them emails confirming their staff clearly mentioned in email that " they are are sorry to see me leave" they were well informed about the cancellation. They continue to charge me and not refunding. If they were well informed abo...
