This app has been a life saver for us. A large portion of our customers are 60+ yrs old and the simplicity of the customer account page to manage subscriptions is MUCH better for our demographic. Fundamentally it is a great product. Support was great at the start but now has fallen off a cliff. There are also bugs in the system which are critical from a UX perspective that they can't seem to solve.
