About FT Post Purchase Surveys
FT Post Purchase Surveys asks each customer one rating question right on the order confirmation page, then invites them to say more in their own words. The survey loads after the order is placed, so it never blocks checkout. Pick emoji, stars or numbers, and write your own question, labels and thank you message. Every answer is saved with the order it came from, so you know who said it and what they bought. The dashboard tracks your CSAT score and how responses trend over time.
