Support is getting a joke. CHAT is managed by AI and when it says "I'll transfer you to support team" it get stuck. Then emails are apparently managed to AI too and they ask for screenshots but they cannot get them. BASICALLY IS A JOKE. FRUSTRATING IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HOW FRUSTRAAATIIING. Such a pity. I dont recommend this app. The filters do not work well and even when they are set up they dont seem to stay in place. Stores want a simple set up want the confidence that once it is set up that it wont change.

This program is used to sync inventory with Turn14. They will not add the field for MFG QTY or DROP SHIP QTY. These fields are present in the API. I have gotten them in contact with the data team at Turn14 but apparently no matter how many times we ask or bring it up they refuse to get this field added so the data can be used properly.

The in-app support function seems to be nothing more than automated bot replies that are useless when you have real issues. Individual concerns are not understood or simply ignored. Set up help was extremely helpful. Be sure when setting up if there are things you don't want synced, such as images, product descriptions, etc you toggle those off. Since getting the settings correct it has run very smooth for me.
