We used Timesact for our holiday preorder (the only one we run) and it was a good experience. I would not hesitate to use them again next year when we offer our holiday preorder.

We've been using Timesact for over two years now, and the customer service we've received since day one has been fantastic: quick, responsive, and tailored to our needs. We've recently moved to the V2 Pro plan, which offers customers the option to pay a deposit when placing an order and the balance when the order is fulfilled. That works perfectly for us.

Customer care team member Marie is amazing. This is truly a set and forget feature you'll love.

I love the preorder and notify me features!

Highly recommend!

Some of the features are a bit confusing, but the support staff has been great to help me figure out what needs fixing. I use the Pre-order for Thanksgiving Turkeys that I raise and can have customers put either a fixed amount, or a percentage deposit. It has worked well, and when it doesn't, the support has been quick and effective.
