About Hextom AI Translate & Currency

Make your store multilingual and multi-currency from one app. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek or ByteDance Seed translate in your brand voice with a glossary and tone. Autopilot auto-translates new and changed content. Translate products, blogs, SEO meta tags, metafields, theme text, images and third-party apps like reviews and page builders. The language and currency switcher detects each visitor's location and works on any theme out of the box. Works with Shopify Markets, Flow and Sidekick.

Be very careful before using this app for free or paid plan (No Matter what) I upgraded my plan because I urgently needed more translation capacity. After paying, I found out that the new plan's credits would not be available until the next billing cycle. This was not clearly communicated before the purchase. Support did not provide a practical solution. They simply told me to buy even more cred...

MESSED UP THE CODE

— Everenci

Absolutly don't take this app !!! I do translate (with IA) the website, everything where good, until they (WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION) rolled back completly the URL translation. Our website is currently under 404 for all our market, and they absolutly don't care. We are currently taking legal action.

— YVY Maté

Do not install this plugin!!! 1. It will intercept customer orders. 2. It will redirect customers to their own website to place orders. 3. The plugin cannot be removed; it will leave behind code. 4. It will divert traffic.

不是很好用

— WCFootballSuit

Incomprehensible, no direct support only via email, you pay for a program that tries to translate, and then they charge you a high credit. Disappointing

— Epic Loot Shop

Support is not existent and the actual service is poor! It took me a lot of time to translate our gempages landing pages only to find out that they are actually NOT translated. They visual translation app actually replaces the words from English to the other language in real time every time which caused HUGE delays in loading the page and customer is not seeing his native language. Instead he need...
