About TrueTag: Serial QR & Warranty

Shopify tracks SKU quantity, not individual units, so buyers can't confirm a product is genuine and there's no per-unit warranty record. TrueTag fixes this: mark a product as serialized and every unit gets a unique serial and QR code, auto-assigned when an order is fulfilled - or create them in bulk or by hand. Each QR opens a branded page showing whether the item is genuine, the product, its serial, and warranty status. The public page never shows any buyer information.
