Disappointing billing experience. We used UpsellPlus to offer customers a free catalogue at checkout. We later discovered that orders containing that free catalogue were being counted towards “upsell revenue”, with the value of the highest-priced item in the order attributed to UpsellPlus. The ability to customize my checkout seemed great in theory, but in practice, it was a nightmare. I tried adding a shipping bar, reviews, and payment method options, but they kept glitching or not displaying properly.
