Outstanding support and super reliable shipping solution! We’ve been using the Vamaship app on our Shopify store sincw 8 years now to handle our logistics and COD orders, and the experience has been seamless. Having top couriers like BlueDart, Delhivery, and Shadowfax all under one dashboard makes managing orders effortlessly efficient. Delivery times are fast, reverse pickups are smooth, and the...

Really great experience using Vamship! The shipping rates are quite affordable, and the panel is very easy and convenient to use. I would also like to appreciate Kamal Singh Chauhan for his excellent support. I have always received his help whenever I’ve had any issue or case. He is very supportive and does an excellent job in assisting customers. Just one small suggestion — every time I book an...

We have been working with Vamaship for over a year, and our overall experience has been extremely positive. As with any logistics partner, occasional challenges such as shipment delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or operational issues may arise. However, what truly sets Vamaship apart is the prompt and professional support we have received whenever an issue has occurred. For every support ti...

We have been using Vamaship for over a year now and are really happy with their services. The Backend team does a great job at understanding where they can improve and work on the feedback that is given.

Best shipping solution partner for all types of businesses. Onboarding is fast and easy, and the personalised support we have for any issue is extremely helpful. Please dont use Vamaship. You will regret. Dashboard looks like 90s, no resolution in weight disputes, very slow and glitches in dashboard. Even the whole team is noob- no experience at all in shipping solutions. The whole team- Gayatri, Dishima and Ashmit won't be able to solve your issue and they will not be able to solve any of your issues. I did not receive 102 RTO shipments-shared all data, t...

They have lost our 13 shipments and nobody at Vamaship is taking the ownership of the issue now. Very poor service and zero co-ordination. Use this service at your own risk.

— PRICEPLEXS STORE INDIA

WOST COMPANY EVER if you do e-commerce! There is zero communication between Vamaship and it's courier partners. We've lost a lot of sales and customers because of this company. Tons of orders were shipped and NEVER attempted. Customers wait for the entire transit journey only and the order is returned with no attempts. They simply just initiate Returns and charge you for them. They also let you sh...

Good for a small size of around 20-30 shipments per month with a company of 1-2 team members. However, the systems are not designed to handle larger volume. On 27th of Dec 2018 when we had 200 orders, they deleted the record of all the money added to the wallet till date and asked us to share proof of payment. They also kept all our shipments on hold till then. (Hard to believe but yes, this is t...

I have been using Vamaship for over a month now. Overall I have had a decent experience with them. The customer service definitely needs improvement. If you call on the Toll Free number, nobody will pick up. Also, if you write a mail/raise a ticket, they will not even respond on that and that becomes a major challenge. Another issue I have is that if a customer has requested for future deliver...
