About Voxicart AI
When a shopper leaves without completing checkout but adds their contact details, Voxicart AI automatically calls the customer after a scheduled gap. A friendly human like AI agent calls the customer, reminds them about their cart, and — if you choose — offers a configurable discount to nudge them over the finish line. All within TRAI-compliant calling hours (9 AM–9 PM). After customer accepts, Voxicart AI sends an SMS with a recovery link for the cart.
